The Perlini™ Kit
The Perlini kit comes with one shaker, one hand pressurizer, one 6 pack of CO2 16gm cartridges, one extra gasket and one extra valve, one 8gm adaptor and instructions.
Quick Start Guide
- Install co2 cartridge in the pressurizer
- Disassemble Perlini shaker
- Mix cocktails and add ice into shaker
- Assemble Perlini shaker
- Pressurize Perlini
- Shake
- Rest
- And serve.
