Pitco CRTE 13" Electric counter-top rethermalizer. Electric unit to handle the rigors of a busy kitchen, the cabinet is stainless steel and the tank is marine-grade steel.The digital controller has a temperature display and it also has an On/Off/Reset switch. If the unit should run out of water and the tank overheats, there is a manual reset high-temperature protection control which will disable the heat until the unit is reset.
